I have been exploring spirituality, consciousness and energy healing for several years. At first with the hope of understanding who I am and what is beyond me and then with the desire to help others on their journey. After over 25 years as a teacher I stepped away from the familiar to create my life as I knew it should be and to dedicate my life to the work of Spirit. Every day I appreciate the amazing sense of freedom and joy this brings and I look forward to the further expansion I can experience and bring to others.
This journey to an awakening and a new way of life, and in fact a new me, has been challenging and littered with feelings of being lost and stuck along with frustration and self-doubt. I realised during Angelic Reiki training, that my Soul had experienced all it could in my career and life as it was. This misalignment was starting to create significant issues for me. I knew I needed to change, but I thought I didn’t know what or how. In truth I knew, I knew exactly. I was just too scared to do it.
Through moving beyond situations like this I have come to understand the limitations we can all face and the battle we each have with our ego. I know that it is through connecting to our inner guidance, our soul and our many wise teachers and guides that we find our true self, our gifts and the courage we need to make changes – to step into our power.
